2-3 times a week, apply a peanut-sized amount directly to the scalp and massage with your fingertips to create a lather. For longer hair, you can also apply the shampoo after using the regular shampoo as a second wash.
Hair tonic
Massage into towel-dried scalp (NOT hair) after thoroughly rinsing conditioner or balm. Apply the tonic only to the washed scalp. 2 to 3 pumps for targeted application to problematic areas.
